AIO Studio will use ChatGPT to generate or correct images, then use Tripo AI for 3D modelling. After the customer confirms the model effect, we will output the figurine through full-colour 3D printing. The entire process is handled by us, so the customer does not need to model or operate the printing equipment themselves.
Yes. We will use AI to predict and complete other angles to finish the custom full-colour 3D model. However, since it is estimated by the system, there may be slight deviations in appearance details. Providing more angle photos will yield better results.
It is not recommended to use photos with excessive filters or backlighting, as over-filtering, underexposure, face obscuration, or strong reflections can affect modelling quality. It is advisable to provide clear front photos taken in natural light, with a resolution of 800x800 pixels or higher.
Yes. If customers have specific pose or accessory requests, they need to mention them before placing the order, and we will make arrangements accordingly. If there are no special requests, the system will automatically generate the figurine based on the photo content. For more special or complex customisations, please inquire and assess the quotation in advance.
Yes. We will provide 1 free adjustment (via ChatGPT image correction) and 3 free generations (via Tripo AI modelling) for each order, allowing customers to confirm the model's appearance and make appropriate modifications before the final product is made.
The usual production period is about 2 to 3 weeks. If customers have urgent delivery needs, they can contact us, and we will try to accommodate urgent orders depending on factory and scheduling conditions, but whether we can expedite will still depend on the production and scheduling situation at that time.
Each custom full-colour 3D model comes with simple protective packaging to ensure the safety of the product during shipping. If customers need custom packaging (such as gift boxes, branded design packaging, etc.), they can purchase it separately, and we will provide corresponding quotations based on the packaging design and requirements.
Custom full-colour 3D modelling is a personalised product, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. If the finished product has severe damage, cracks, or other issues during production or shipping, we will notify the customer before shipment and assist in handling it to ensure that the customer receives the product in good condition.
