Coupled with an on-site deployed environmental ventilation filtration system, it ensures that the entire processing procedure is accurate, efficient, and fully complies with indoor safety and air quality standards.

Yes. To ensure the visual effect of the final product and material compatibility, the AIO Studio team will conduct a standard sample confirmation process. Clients need to send product samples to the studio, where technicians will adjust font details, positioning accuracy, and laser power. Once completed, the samples will be sent back for client confirmation, and only after both parties confirm the final plan will it be officially executed.

It is generally recommended to arrange for entry one afternoon or evening before the first service day, allowing technicians to complete equipment setup and on-site testing to ensure smooth operation on the event day. On the day the service ends, AIO Studio will remove all equipment and fully return the venue.

The AIO Studio team will bring a complete set of industrial-grade equipment, including one high-precision laser engraving machine, one dedicated control computer (with professional software), and one industrial-grade eco-friendly exhaust filter (effectively filtering dust and odours, ensuring air quality and safety on-site). Clients only need to provide a stable power outlet (220V/13A) and a flat, load-bearing table as an operating platform.

Yes, it is necessary. To ensure the perfect visual effect and material compatibility of the final product, we adhere to a standardised technical sampling process. You will need to send product samples to AIO STUDIO, where we will conduct professional calibration tests on font details, positional accuracy, and laser power, and then return the samples for your review. Only after both parties confirm the final plan will this be used as the standard for formal execution.

To ensure smooth operation on the day of the event, we generally recommend arranging for setup the afternoon or evening before the first service day. Our professionals will complete the equipment setup and on-site stability testing, and will remove everything on the day the service ends to ensure the venue is fully returned.

AIO STUDIO will bring a full set of industrial-grade professional equipment, including:

  • 1 set of high-precision laser engraving machine
  • 1 dedicated control computer (with built-in professional software to ensure precise output)
  • 1 set of industrial-grade environmentally friendly fume extraction and filtration machine (which effectively filters dust and odours generated during processing, ensuring air quality and safety at the event site).

The client only needs to assist in providing: a stable power socket (e.g., 220V/13A) and a flat load-bearing table as an operating platform.

Yes. AIO Studio offers two flexible arrangements: ① Dispatching a professional technician from AIO Studio to the venue—arranging one technician for engraving procedures on each working day, charged at HKD $150 per hour, with responsibilities limited to laser engraving-related matters; ② Allowing the client to arrange personnel for operation—AIO Studio will provide complete technical training to the client's personnel before the event to ensure safe and smooth operation on-site. If additional manpower is needed or if non-laser engraving matters need to be handled, extra charges will apply and must be raised during preliminary discussions.
After both parties confirm the cooperation plan, the client must pay at least 50% of the total amount as a deposit before the event starts. After confirming receipt of payment, AIO Studio will arrange for equipment delivery and entry. The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 30 days from the day the event ends.
Yes. In addition to on-site laser engraving services, AIO Studio also has a wealth of bespoke customisation resources. If you need to procure specific items for event processing, AIO Studio can handle part of the procurement process on your behalf, providing customers with a one-stop service from 'product procurement' to 'on-site engraving', saving time and costs of contacting suppliers directly.
