STL and OBJ are the most commonly used formats, and AIO Studio accepts both. If using other formats, please feel free to inquire for confirmation beforehand. After submission, a file check will be conducted to ensure the model structure is suitable for printing before production begins.
Oversized objects usually need to be printed in parts and then assembled; overly intricate structures may also affect the forming effect. AIO Studio will check the files before accepting orders, and if any issues are found, they will communicate solutions with the customer in advance before starting the printing.
Yes. AIO Studio is committed to strict confidentiality for all design files submitted by customers and will absolutely not disclose or transfer them to any unauthorised third party. All files are for internal technical team evaluation and production use only. If there are higher confidentiality requirements, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed separately.
Standard orders generally take 7-10 working days. For urgent orders, AIO Studio provides expedited service, which can be completed in as little as 2-3 working days. The actual construction period depends on the size of the finished product and technical requirements.
AIO Studio accepts single-piece samples and small batch production, eliminating the need for a large number of orders. It is suitable for product development teams to quickly sample, designers to create portfolio models, and personal creative projects.
AIO Studio provides metal printing services for functional parts and industrial applications. If you need metal printing, it is recommended to indicate the purpose and strength requirements when submitting the file to choose the most suitable solution.
Yes. Post-processing services include cleaning, polishing, colouring, and assembly, which can be selected according to the appearance and strength requirements of the finished product. AIO Studio provides a one-stop service, eliminating the need to find another post-processing supplier, all done in one go.
3D printing charges depend on the technology, FDM as low as $0.8/g (PLA material), LCD photopolymerisation as low as $4/g (8K grey), full-colour printing as low as $13/g. Final quotes depend on model complexity, material choice, and post-processing requirements, and a formal quote can be obtained after submitting the files.
