CNC Cutting Machine

Introduction

The CNC cutting machine is an advanced device that combines computer numerical control technology with professional tools,
used for processing variousnon-metallic materials, such as wood, paper, plastics, leather, and fabrics.

CNC cutting has multiple functions, includingcuttingcreasingbevel cuttingmillinganddrawing, capable of completing these processing procedures on the same work surface.
The CNC cutting machine uses vacuum suction to secure materials, ensuring that the processing results are neat, straight, and precise.
It has high processing efficiency, quickly handling all procedures through CNC cutting mode, improving production efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

CNC cutting is an advanced processing method that combines computer numerical control technology with professional tools, capable of cutting, creasing, beveling, and milling various non-metal materials such as wood, paper, plastics, leather, and textiles. It can complete multiple processes in one go on the same work surface, offering high efficiency and strong precision. It is suitable for DIY enthusiasts, designers, students, crafters, and businesses that require small-scale production.

CNC cutting can process materials including wood, acrylic, paper, foam, textiles, and leather. For other material requirements, you can contact the AIO Studio team via WhatsApp for more information.

CNC cutting uses physical tools combined with vacuum suction positioning, suitable for materials that require creasing, beveling, milling, and other three-dimensional processing effects; laser cutting, on the other hand, uses beams for non-contact cutting and engraving, suitable for processes that require fine textures or surface engraving. Both have their applicable scenarios and can be flexibly chosen as needed.

CNC cutting uses a continuous positioning system with a camera for processing, effectively correcting tilted shapes, which is more precise than manual positioning, ensuring that the dimensions of each finished product are accurate and consistent. If you are concerned about the accuracy, you are welcome to visit the AIO Studio for a demonstration, where a specialist will explain.

The maximum size for CNC cutting is 1000mm (length) × 700mm (width) × 25mm (height). If you have size-related questions, you can inquire with the AIO Studio team via WhatsApp, and a specialist will provide you with a solution.

No. Relief processing requires controlling the movement of the cutting tool in the vertical direction, while flat CNC machines cannot control the height of the cutting tool, making it difficult to achieve the desired relief processing effect. Therefore, it is not suitable for producing three-dimensional or relief products. If you have related needs, it is recommended to contact the AIO Studio team in advance to inquire about other processing options.

CNC cutting is compatible with vector graphics generated by various design software, including common formats such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), CorelDraw (CDR), and AutoCAD (CAD). Please ensure that the file is a vector graphic before submission to start processing directly.

No. JPG and PNG are raster image formats and cannot be directly used for CNC cutting. They need to be redrawn as vector graphics using drawing software; CNC must process vector graphics. We offer additional drawing services to redraw precise vector graphics, which can be inquired about if needed.

The maximum size of the processing range: 1000mm(L) x 700mm(W) x 25mm(H)

If you have any questions regarding sizes, feel free to consult us and our dedicated staff will provide you with solutions.

It depends on the material. Different materials require different post-processing procedures after CNC cutting. For example, wood processing may produce a lot of wood chips that need to be sanded; whereas paper generally does not require post-processing. Whether to perform post-processing depends on the final effect requirements. If you have inquiries, you can contact the AIO Studio team via WhatsApp.

Customers can submit inquiries via WhatsApp (+852 9450-6951) or email (info@aiostudio.hk), providing design files, material types, dimensions, and quantities, and the team will provide a formal quotation. You are also welcome to visit the studio for processing demonstrations, with explanations from a specialist.
