1. General Terms


Welcome to the official website of AIO STUDIO LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we").https://www.aiostudio.hk/When you browse, use this website, or order any products and services from us, you represent that you have read, understood, and fully agree to accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these terms at any time without individual notice. Please check this page regularly for the latest information.


2. File Handling and Confidentiality Statement


File Confidentiality Commitment: The Company understands the importance of clients' designs, project drawings, and business secrets. For all electronic files provided by clients for obtaining quotes, technical consultations, or production (including but not limited to 3D model files, CAD drawings, design concept images, etc.), the Company commits to strict confidentiality.

Strict Non-Disclosure to Third Parties:  We pledge that under no circumstances will our customers' drawing files and design data be disclosed, transferred, or sold to any unauthorized third party, nor will they be used for any commercial purpose without the customer's prior written consent. All files are strictly restricted to our internal technical team for the sole purposes of quotation evaluation, feasibility analysis, and production.

3. Professional OEM Services (3D Printing, Scanning, Cutting, and Injection Moulding)


File Legality and Copyright: Clients submitting files for 3D printing, scanning, laser cutting, CNC machining, or injection moulding must ensure they have legal copyright or have obtained legal authorization from the original creator. If any legal action or claim arises due to the files infringing third-party intellectual property rights, all legal and financial responsibilities shall be borne solely by the client.

Production Tolerances and Colour Differences: All OEM services are subject to the physical properties of materials, machine precision, and technical limitations. Finished products may have reasonable physical tolerances (such as slight dimensional deviations) or colour differences. Unless the finished product has significant defects that severely affect its structure or function, the Company does not accept requests for remakes, refunds, or deductions based on minor tolerances, non-critical colour differences, or personal subjective aesthetics.

Quotations and Delivery Times: All project quotations are based on the official invoice or quotation issued by the Company. The estimated completion or delivery dates provided are for reference only. If delays occur due to equipment maintenance, material shortages, power outages, or other force majeure factors, the Company will notify the client as soon as possible but will not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential losses arising from the delay.


4. Online Store Product Sales (Equipment, Consumables, and Tools)


Order Confirmation: All product orders from the online store will only be considered officially established upon receipt of full payment from the client, after which we will arrange for shipment and stock preparation.

Return and Exchange Policy: All physical products (such as 3D printers, 3D scanners, laser cutting equipment, and related materials and consumables) sold are non-returnable unless there is significant hardware damage from the factory that is not human-caused at the time of unboxing (claims must be made within 7 days of receipt and accompanied by unboxing videos or photographic evidence), otherwise, generally, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Manufacturer's Warranty: The warranty terms, scope, and duration for third-party brand equipment represented or distributed by the Company shall be based on the official regulations of each manufacturer. The Company will provide corresponding after-sales consultation and repair assistance but will not directly bear compensation responsibilities beyond the scope of the manufacturer's warranty.


5. Delivery and Shipping Arrangements


Shipping Responsibility: Unless otherwise specified, all prices for products and OEM services on this website do not include shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Methods and Risks: Products or OEM finished products will generally be shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery) or a logistics method agreed upon by both parties. Once the goods are handed over to the logistics company, all risks during the transportation period (including but not limited to logistics delays, damage, or loss) shall be borne by the buyer and the logistics company. The Company will do its best to assist in proper packaging to ensure the safety of the goods.


6. AIO 3D Academy (Courses and Activities)


Registration and Payment: Students enrolling in any AIO 3D Academy courses (such as Blender, ZBrush, Nomad Sculpt, etc.) will have their places confirmed upon full payment, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds and Absences: Once course registration is confirmed and payment is made, no refund requests for personal reasons will be accepted, except in the case of course cancellation by our company. If a student is absent for personal reasons, our company is not obliged to provide make-up classes, refunds, or transfer arrangements.

Severe Weather Arrangements: If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory within two hours before the class, the class for that day will be cancelled. Our company will notify affected students of any make-up or rescheduling arrangements.


7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be held legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, reputational damage, or any property loss) arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use this website, or the Company's products or services.

8. Governing Law


These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any dispute, AIO STUDIO LTD reserves the final right to amend, interpret, and decide.
