If a project involves highly confidential designs, trade secrets, unpublished products, information prior to a patent application, or personal images, we recommend signing a separate confidentiality agreement before production begins.

When providing design, modelling, file checking, 3D scan post-processing, slicing, rendering, animation or internal workflow services, we may use professional software, automation tools or AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and production quality.
Unless we have obtained your consent, it is necessary for the performance of services and appropriate safeguards have been adopted, or the data has been anonymised/de-identified, we will not upload personally identifiable information, unpublished customer design files or confidential project information to public AI tools for training or for purposes unrelated to the project.

If you are under the age of 18, please use this website, submit information or register for courses with the knowledge and consent of your parent or guardian.
