Phrozen Alcohol Waste Liquid Filter Bag (Set of 2)

Phrozen Alcohol Waste Liquid Filter BagThis is a filtering tool made of PP material, specifically designed for the cleaning process of light-cured 3D printing. It can filter resin residues from used 95% alcohol, restoring the alcohol to a clean state for reuse in model cleaning.

Each filter bag can be used approximately 5 times on average, saving up to 50% of alcohol costs with each filtration. Each set contains 2 filter bags (430 × 280 mm, Ø180mm), compatible with PhrozenWash & Cure and Wash Mega cleaning tanks. Suitable for printing farms, studios, and creators with fixed post-processing needs.

Step 1

Use the 'Alcohol Waste Liquid Filter Bag' to filter the murky alcohol waste liquid that can no longer clean.

Pour the filtered alcohol into the cleaning machine; at this point, the solution has considerable cleaning power and can clean the model.

• Elevated Filter Bag

Secure the filter bag in a higher position, allowing the alcohol to drip down for filtration, and avoid soaking into the clean alcohol. It can be used with a rack, clips, or existing tools.

• Barrel for Collecting Alcohol

Place a plastic barrel (PP/PE material) under the filter bag to hold the filtered clean alcohol. You can also directly use the Wash&Cure or Mega Wash cleaning barrels for storage.
