The PMSM servo extruder can provide a maximum extrusion force of up to 10 kg—70% higher than stepper motors—significantly enhancing the stability of high-flow extrusion.
The proprietary servo architecture samples resistance and position at a frequency of 20 kHz, actively detecting material wear and clogging in real-time.
50µm ultra-fine motion accuracy
With its visual encoder, the H2C can achieve distance-independent motion accuracy of less than 50 microns (thinner than a human hair).
The system can automatically compensate for any mechanical drift during the calibration process, ensuring stable accuracy and outstanding performance over time.
Smooth surfaces, sharp edges
The H2C uses servo motors on the extruder and high-resolution eddy current sensors on the nozzle to perceive extrusion dynamics.
This allows for more precise extrusion control and automatic calibration of pressure advance (PA) parameters for each material, resulting in smoother surfaces and clearer, sharper edges.

Maximising the potential of high-performance materials
The H2C's 65°C active heating chamber and 350°C nozzle minimise warping and deformation while enhancing inter-layer adhesion, enabling high-performance, high-temperature filaments.

Comprehensive print monitoring
The H2C is equipped with 59 sensors* and a four-camera computer vision system, all working together with our proprietary neural network algorithms.
During the printing process, the system provides intelligent real-time diagnostics, detecting even the slightest printing anomalies in an instant.
You don't need to be an expert to troubleshoot—your printer will handle it automatically.

AI Camera
The H2C is equipped with an AI-driven camera system. This smart monitoring system can continuously track extrusion patterns, instantly detecting material build-up, material deviations, and extrusion failures.
Additionally, it performs a pre-flight scan to ensure safe operation.

Top-notch air filtration
The H2C's three-stage filtration system is crucial for engineering material printing.
The powerful combination of G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter, and coconut shell activated carbon filter effectively reduces odours and harmful particulate matter often generated during the printing process of engineering materials.

Flame-retardant construction
The H2C's chamber is entirely made of flame-retardant materials, providing robust passive fire safety protection for the entire enclosure.

Flexible network security and connectivity
H2C provides convenient cloud connectivity features, allowing remote control from any device.
For applications with higher security requirements, it also offers complete offline functionality, ensuring total physical isolation. Users can operate the printer, transfer files, and update firmware without needing to connect to the internet.
